Daybreak has a team of nine Trustees. They are responsible for setting the policies of the charity and ensuring that these are carried out. The Trustees have a wide variety of backgrounds. Some have retired from jobs in industry and commerce. Others have a personal interest in the work of Daybreak.
The Trustees meet in formal sessions four times per year and at the Annual General Meeting but most are involved in a number of other tasks and subcommittees. Three Trustees act as Links, one to each of the Centres.
